LibertyThink sez: "Yeah, I wanna be able get busted for forged prescriptions for psychoactive drugs, and then get popped for a federally Scheduled substance [rock cocaine] in my shoe WHILE IN REHAB, and then popped AGAIN for ANOTHER forged prescription for Xanax...AND STILL NOT DO SERIOUS TIME).

This is precedent for every drug user in Amerika. Just as any President can now invoke the Clinton Excuse ["...I did not have sex with that woman..."], so can every drug user/abuser in Amerika now invoke the Noelle Bush Excuse [can't think of the words to defend her actions...other than her daddy being Governor, but I'm sure there's a rationalization to be had, somewhere...].
