![]() Saturday, April 09, 2005 "Jeff Gannon" appeared on a panel at the National Press Club in DC Friday morning, on the subject of journailsm and blogging. The event lasted 90 minutes; but crooksandliars.com has put up a 17-minute highlight reel in WMV and QT formats. Note the audience member crying out at the end, "Did you ever sleep with Scott McClellan, Jeff?"Gannon admits on his own site that he ran away from the Press Club with a security detail rather than answer these candid questions. Then, later in the day, MSNBC did 10-15 minutes on the Is-Gannon-Johnny-Gosch question. Democrat Underground posters have made the video available in both RealVideo and WMV. Lafayette-based journo Andrew Griffin (tipped by yours truly), blogged up a good summary reproduced here: A new talk show on MSNBC, "Dietl and Daniels" featured as its first story, the mystery of whether faux journalist Jeff Gannon is actually kidnapped Iowa paperboy Johnny Gosch. Bo Dietl did most of the interview and had on Johnny's mother Noreen Gosch and investigators Andy Stephenson and James Rothstein. (I want to thank my source for alerting me to this segment and this new show on MSNBC, otherwise I would've missed it). | ![]() FRONT PAGE

All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order." -- David Rockefeller "Terrorism is the best political weapon for nothing drives people harder than a fear of sudden death."
