I'm sure I've given past readers a few sleepless nights. It is my pleasure this go around to deliver some good news! Some very good news!

According to an Associated Press report released late last week, Dr. Ron Paul (R-Tx) is contemplating a run for the presidency in 2008. He has filed papers in Texas allowing him to form an exploratory committee that can raise money.

The one-time medical doctor and nine-term Congressman from southeast Texas last ran for president in 1988 on the Libertarian ticket, and received over 400,000 votes. This time around, he will be running as a Republican, which means going head-to-head against much better known (and better supported) figures such as John McCain.

This is an opportunity for what might be a pursuit worth thinking about?retaking the Republican Party, now that the warmongering neocons have run it pretty much into the ground.

Here's a thought: both major parties may be controlled from the top?but several of my associates have offered compelling arguments that a power struggle has commenced within the super-elite itself. Arrayed on one side are the longstanding international bankers who want to operate through entities like the United Nations and the World Economic Forum. On the other are the neocons and their monied backers, who have a vision of Pax Americana, a global empire run from Washington (and Israel). Lest there be any misunderstanding: both camps are globalist through and through. Both have promoted (are promoting) Fabian socialism and communitarianism. Both would dissolve our national borders in a heartbeat if they thought they could get away with it. But they differ over specifics. One of the areas where the two camps are butting heads is over what to do about the mess the Bush Administration has made in Iraq.

A few months ago, Richard Haass, President of the Council on Foreign Relations, published an article declaring the Iraq War unwinnable and calling for an exit strategy. The neocon-controlled Bush Administration wants to "stay the course," however, with Bush just having called for another 21,500 troops to be sent there. The neocons are salivating at the mouth to attack Iran!

If I were in the first group, I'd be wondering about the sanity of these people I had made the mistake of promoting into power! (It's happened before. I sometimes wonder if the banksters and other corporate interests who propelled both Hitler and Stalin into power had counted on the pure evil and bloodlust that manifested itself in those regimes.)

This is an opportunity for the freedom movement in this country! Dr. Paul is one of the few Constitutionalists in Congress. He casts his votes exclusively on what he believes the Constitution empowers the federal government to do, and votes consistently against bills he believes exceed the authority given Congress by the Constitution. This, of course, places him at odds with most of the rest of Congress, including the powers-that-be in the Republican Party. After all, the Republicans no less than the Democrats departed from the Constitution long ago. Both endorse the welfare nanny state, just in different degrees.

Nor will Ron Paul do the bidding of the corporatist globalists. There is also nothing in the Constitution that empowers the federal government to "partner" with big business, or to supply it with corporate welfare. Paul has cosponsored a resolution (H.C.R. 487) to put a stop to the slow, gradualist merger of the U.S. with Canada and Mexico in the name of "free trade" which isn't unless you are part of the corporate elite.

We can't say this about more visible figures such as John McCain, beloved of the mainstream power structure. I doubt we can say it about anyone else who might seek the Republican nomination except possibly for Tom Tancredo who seems also to have been sending out feelers (and who cosponsored H.C.R. 487)...

[complete article here]

SUPPORT Congressman Ron Paul for President

Contact Information
Web Site: www.house.gov/paul
E-mail: Contact Via 'Web Form.'

Washington Office:
203 Cannon House Office Building
Washington, D.C. 20515-4314
Phone: (202) 225-2831
Fax: (202) 226-6288

Main District Office:
1501 Mockingbird Lane, Ste. 229
Victoria, TX 77901
Phone: (361) 576-1231
Fax: (361) 576-0381
(more district offices)

http://www.congress.org/congressorg/bio/?id=567

Ron Paul Warns that Bush might Fake pretext to Iran Invasion [VIDEO]
http://www.alternet.org/blogs/video/46637/

"It is crystal clear. RAW once posited that the nature of the Illuminati is such that, as soon as you learned of its existence, mere knowledge of such a profound and illuminating secret automatically separated you from
the unwashed masses of humanity and made you a de facto Illuminatus. Fortunately, the Internet has given all of us "rogue Illuminati" the chance to take down the Illuminati establishment which has used its monopoly on occult ("hidden") knowledge to mold history toward its own ends; a chance to build a better world. Will we rise to the challenge?

More insight from Brian Doherty:

"Wilson made libertarian anarchism--both political and epistemological, even ontological--seem open-hearted, fascinating, with a mysterious and energetic history, something that could win hearts and minds against any number of competing means of modeling human social reality.....[he] was a grand recruiter for libertarianism, both through Illuminatus! and his series of optimistic, futuristic, epistemologically anarchistic essays and nonfiction works that stress the glories of no human limits, physical, spiritual, or political. This is true despite his separation from most aspects of the standard movement, and despite the fact that his work appeals on so many levels that one can become a Wilson Head without reaching his libertarianism. Through Wilson's influence one might become an Aleister Crowleyan, a Wilhelm Reichian, an old-fashioned Tuckerite, a techno-future-optimist in the manner of Buckminster Fuller or Timothy Leary.[...]

But he also said, as quoted in my book, when asked to expound on the differences between him and the then-dominant Misesian-Rothbardian strain of the movement in a 1976 interview, "this is turning into a diatribe against the group I find least obnoxious on the whole politico-economic spectrum...The orthodox conservatives and liberals, not to mention Nazis and Marxists, are really pernicious, and the Austrian libertarians are basically OK." [...]

He was my gateway to Welles and Chandler, to Leary and Fuller, to Pound and Reich, to conspiracy theory and libertarianism, and to all the ideas and experiences, intellectual, aesthetic, and actual, that rolled from those varied and fascinating entryways into art, ideas, and living. I hope I can do good by the principles he helped imbue in me. He excelled as both novelist and essayist; he was a noble steward of the ideas he espoused, a brilliant and passionate popularizer, and the characters and scenarios and approaches to fiction of his novels reward constant reading with constant pleasure and insight--he was a pop-Pynchon of sorts in his sprawling, comic-serious approach to Big Crazy Ideas, who got a thousandth of the respect and delivered a thousand times the joy and humanity.

-----

. . . and Jesse Walker:

"One of the things I like best about Wilson's writing is his ability to spin stories that managed to be "real" and "a put-on" at the same time. One theme of his later work, for example, was an elaborate parody of those far-right theories that say the U.S. is controlled by a Zionist Occupational Government. Pointing to the Drug Czar, he said we actually live under a Tsarist Occupational Government, and then constructed a historical argument that Tsarist agents of influence had infiltrated and taken over the American government. It was hilariously absurd, yet most of the details were real -- and so was the point he was making about the drug war... He called this "guerilla ontology."

Herr Owner's Fotos from Angkor Wat, Cambodia

Enjoy:

http://www.pbase.com/toddbrendanfahey/cambodia&page=all

Texas Congressman Ron Paul files for GOP presidential bid

HOUSTON -- Ron Paul, the iconoclastic nine-term congressman from southeast Texas, took the first step Thursday toward launching a second presidential bid in 2008, this time as a Republican.

Paul filed incorporation papers in Texas on Thursday to create a presidential exploratory committee that allows him and his supporters to collect money on behalf of his bid. This will be Paul's second try for the White House; he was the Libertarian nominee for president in 1988.

Kent Snyder, the chairman of Paul's exploratory committee and a former staffer on Paul's Libertarian campaign, said the congressman knows he's a long shot.

"There's no question that it's an uphill battle, and that Dr. Paul is an underdog," Snyder said. "But we think it's well worth doing and we'll let the voters decide."

Paul, of Lake Jackson, acknowledges that the national GOP has never fully embraced him despite his nine terms in office under its banner. He gets little money from the GOP's large traditional donors, but benefits from individual conservative and Libertarian donors outside Texas. He bills himself as "The Taxpayers' Best Friend," and is routinely ranked either first or second in the House of Representatives by the National Taxpayers Union, a national group advocating low taxes and limited government.

He describes himself as a lifelong Libertarian running as a Republican.

Paul was not available for comment Thursday, Snyder said.

But he said the campaign will test its ability to attract financial and political support before deciding whether to launch a full-fledged campaign. Snyder said Paul is not running just to make a point or to try to ensure that his issues are addressed, but to win.

Paul is expected to formally announce his bid in the next week or two, Snyder said.

Snyder said Paul and his supporters are not intimidated by the presence of nationally known and better-financed candidates such as Sen. John McCain of Arizona or former Gov. Mitt Romney of Massachusetts.

"This is going to be a grassroots American campaign," he said. "For us, it's either going to happen at the grassroots level or it's not."

Paul limits his view of the role of the federal government to those duties laid out in the U.S. Constitution. As a result, he sometimes casts votes that appear at odds with his constituents and other Republicans. He was the only Republican congressman to vote against Department of Defense appropriations for fiscal year 2007.

The vote against the defense appropriations bill, he said, was because of his opposition to the war in Iraq, which he said was "not necessary for our actual security."

McCain's Shame

10/12/06 | Stephen Lemons
Phoenix New Times

These days, with the GOP in free-fall and America's 51st state (better known as Iraq) a bloody neocon nightmare, who's waiting in the wings polishing his halo and patting down his white horse? Well, AZ's own Senator John McCain, who expects to dispatch Democrat dragon-lady Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Presidential race with minimum bother.

Thing is, McCain's meaner than the Biblical Cain, and has his share of Abel corpses in the closet to prove it. This dastardly duck was reminded of same in reading an advance copy of Senator Dennis DeConcini: From the Center of the Aisle. The pinto Dem's political memoir, penned with the aid of Arizona State University history professor Jack August, is due out in November and pulls no punches in depicting McCain as a backstabbin' scalawag in relation to the notorious Keating 5 scandal of the late '80s.

In case you were in diapers, the Keating 5 was no late-'60s surf band but, rather, made up of a quintet of U.S. senators who took sizeable contributions raised by banking/real estate tycoon Charles Keating and then went to bat for the future felon by hounding regulators looking into Keating's S&L shenanigans. In addition to senators McCain and DeConcini, the group included senators John Glenn, Don Riegel and Alan Cranston.

DeConcini, who took $85K from Keating and pals, realizes his involvement was a boo-boo, but lamely claims he was just trying to help one of the Zona's then-largest employers. The D-man bore the brunt of the criticism back then, mainly 'cause McCain was busy playing Richard III, stepping all over DeConcini and others so he'd come out smellin' like Ann Coulter's eau de cologne.

That's pretty effin' ironic considering McCain made out like a bandito, scoring a whopping $112K from Keating's efforts. Indeed, McCain and the slimy S&L-er were thick as thieves. While serving in the House from 1983 to 1986, McCain flew with Keating to the latter's private retreat in the Bahamas aboard Keating corporate aircraft. And the senator's trophy wife, Cindy McCain, along with her pops, invested $359K in a Phoenix shopping mall developed by an offshoot of Keating's American Continental Corporation.

McCain, DeConcini dryly notes, "on a number of occasions failed to report these things." Still, DeConcini caught more hell, and alleges this was because Republican bulldog Robert Bennett, who was leading the Senate's ethics investigation, steered it away from McCain, the scandal's sole Republican.

Bennett wanted to put the kibosh on the charges against McCain to help make this "a Democrat scandal," DeConcini declares. Bennett suggested that Dem John Glenn be exonerated "in order to appear nonpartisan," according to DeConcini.

The Tucson pol also details at length why he believes McCain leaked damaging and misleading information to the press during the investigation.

It's not just DeConcini alleging that McCain's a sneaky little shit. According to a February 2006 story in the Boston Globe, a General Accounting Office investigator who worked the case said circumstantial evidence against McCain as a leaker was overwhelming and that "there was documentary evidence to buttress the GAO's suspicions, although he said he was barred from discussing it."

The investigator told the Globe that when he laid out the evidence to McCain, the senator blew his stack.

"Senator McCain has a reputation as a stand-up guy, but his reaction that day was to point the finger," chirped Clark B. Hall. The investigator found McCain's finger-pointing "contemptible" and "consistent with the leaks themselves, which were intended to shift the blame elsewhere." Hall said the Ethics Committee report on the leaks "was smoothed over" to McCain's benefit.

Although an investigation of the leaks came "to no conclusions about the sources," DeConcini concludes, "I am on the record as saying that 'I have little doubt that McCain was responsible.'"

In the end, McCain reimbursed Keating $13,433 for the flights and vacations. And since his failure to report the gifts occurred while he was in the House of Representatives, the Senate Ethics Committee decided those were House matters. The House, for its part, did nothing.

McCain may think he's polished the scandal's stain off his halo. Schwarzenegger seeks sweeping health system reforms [Socialism]

By Jordan Rau, Times Staff Writer
3:09 PM PST, January 8, 2007

SACRAMENTO -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger today proposed upending just about every portion of the healthcare industry in one of the country's most elaborate efforts at holding down medical costs and expanding insurance to those who don't have it.

Schwarzenegger's plan, which he publicly unveiled at noon, would require employers with 10 workers or more to buy insurance for their workers or pay a fee of 4% of their payroll into a program to help provide coverage for the uninsured.

Schwarzenegger would tax doctors 2% of their gross revenue and place a 4% tax on hospitals. He campaigned for reelection on an anti-tax platform, but his administration argues that so many more people would have insurance that medical providers would make more money.

The governor also wants to ban insurers from refusing to offer coverage to some individuals because of their prior medical conditions. Insurers would also have to spend at least 85% of their premium revenues on patient care, a move that would limit the amount companies spend on administrative costs and profits.

In an effort to cover all Californian children, including ones in the state illegally, Schwarzenegger's plan would expand the state's Healthy Families program, providing insurance to children whose parents make less than three times the poverty level. That works out to about $60,000 for a family of four.

And Schwarzenegger said his plan would require every Californian to have health insurance.

"If you can't afford it, the state will help you buy it," he said, "but you must be insured."...

[Complete piece of shit here: http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-ex-gov8jan09,0,2093608.story?coll=la-home-headlines]
<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.libertythink.com/2007/01/gov-schwarzenegger-seeks-sweeping.html' title='Gov. The attacks against my server proved to be "disruptive" to the entire Class 1 data center in which it was housed.

I am, as of now, DEFEATED.

Off the Internet except for this (highly-content-restricted) blog, off the air, dead in the water - with remaining invoices for thousands of dollars in bandwidth (intentionally used by the attackers,) on their way for me to pay.

I have been completely and totally destroyed by attacks emanating from a criminal conspiracy of people at 4chan.org, 7 chan.org, ebaumsworld.com, nexisonline.com and others.

These criminals attacked my server relentlessly for ten days. This was criminal and civil Tort under 18 USC 1030, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

They publicly and repeatedly told me they would not stop unless I agreed to shut down my web site and shut off my radio show. This was blackmail; criminal felony Extortion. I would not give in.

They called my house hundreds of times a day with crank phone calls. This was unlawful telephone harassment in violation of state and federal laws.

They placed phony orders for hundreds of dollars in Pizza from Papa Johns, and two other local Pizza shops, DEFRAUDING those companies who delivered those unwanted pizzas to my house. The orders were placed by internet and by telephone meaning the perpetrators committed 3 counts of WIRE FRAUD.

Today (Sun. Dec. 31) alone, three separate Chinese restaurants were defrauded by these same fake orders for food to be delivered to my house. The fraud was perpetrated by telephone, making it 3 more counts of WIRE FRAUD...

They placed fraudulent orders worth tens of thousands of dollars for supplies of shipping boxes, envelopes, labels and packing slips to be delivered to my house from DHL and Ebay. These companies shipped these supplies thinking I had applied to be a new agent of theirs, only to find out when the shipments arrived that the whole order - placed via internet - was faked.

These four for five separate fake orders for shipping supplies came in via internet, making the perpetrators guilty of four or five more counts of WIRE FRAUD.

Since the EBAY supplies arrived via U.S. Mail, the entire fake order constitutes MAIL FRAUD.

The criminal actions of these people have destroyed my web site, my radio show and my web site hosting company. The owners of the web sites 4chan.org, 7chan.org, ebaumsworld.com and nexisonline.com were all told these acts were taking place.

Despite being told these activities were ongoing and being organzied via their web sites they did NOTHING to stop it. I even went so far as to contact their web hosting companies who did NOTHING to stop any of this.

In my personal OPINION, I believe their lack of action makes the owners of those sites accessories to the crimes listed above -- but that is just my opinion.

Lest you think that this is some isolated case of immature people doing stupid things, consider this:

4Chan.org is the web site from which the "NFL STADIUM THREAT" emanated. That threat - a few months ago - to detonate truck bombs at several Football Stadiums., came from one of the sickos at these web sites!

THAT is the level of criminality going on at those sites! THAT is the level of criminality being ALLOWED at those sites!

The "Abuse" departments at many of the ISP's from which the attacks were being waged against my server, took days to respond and even longer to act. In the end, most did little or nothing.

The criminals operating out of 4chan.org, 7chan.org, ebaumsworld.com and nexisonline.com have also publicly announced their intentions to do the EXACT SAME THING to:

VNN and its forum
Stormfront
The Prussian Blue Web Site
James Wikstrom's web site

Herr LibertyThink Owner Returns from Cambodia

January 1, 2007

SiaNews/FriendsOfLiberty readers:

I've just returned from a week in Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, Cambodia. In comments
sent to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) last week,
the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) asked the agency to
delay the program's rollout until it makes more details
available to the public and addresses critical privacy and
due process concerns.

The Automated Targeting System (ATS) will create and assign
"risk assessments" to tens of millions of citizens as they
enter and leave the country. Individuals will have no way to
access information about their "risk assessment" scores or
to correct any false information about them. But once the
assessment is made, the government will retain the
information for 40 years -- as well as make it available to
untold numbers of federal, state, local, and foreign
agencies, in addition to contractors, grantees, consultants,
and others.

"The government is preparing to give millions of law-abiding
citizens 'risk assessment' scores that will follow them
throughout their lives," said EFF Senior Counsel David
Sobel. "If that wasn't frightening enough, none of us will
have the ability to know our own score, or to challenge it.
Homeland Security needs to delay the deployment of this
system and allow for an informed public debate on this
dangerous proposal."

Earlier this month, EFF's FLAG Project submitted a Freedom
of Information Act (FOIA) request to DHS seeking more
details about the ATS data-mining program, but the agency
has not yet disclosed the requested information.

For EFF's full comments to DHS:
<http://www.eff. org/Privacy/ ats/ats_comments.pdf>

It's Alright, Maw, I'm Only Bleeding

This "lost interview" between Mondo 2000 Editor-in-Chief R. He leads the group that opposes legal status for illegal immigrants.

Protestors interrupted the speech with loud shouting.

College newspaper The State News reported that protesters carried signs reading "Ignorant Racist" outside the room where the speech was held. They were not allowed in with the signs, the paper said. It also reported that about 40 people attended the speech.

Tancredo said in the email that protestors organized on the Internet social networking site Facebook.

"They declared ahead of time on facebook that they would not allow me to speak," Tancredo said in the e-mail.

Tancredo also is meeting with the Republican state party chair, members of the state legislature, and is speaking at a fundraiser for a Republican women's group, Tancredo spokesman Carlos Espinosa said.

WhatReallyHappened.com nuked by DirectNIC Internet Service Provider

Access WhatReallyHappened.com here.

The White House Bordello: The Gay Whorehouse from Texas

by Texe Marrs
November 24, 2006

Ted Haggard, pastor of the 140,000-member New Life Church in Colorado Springs and head of the 30-million strong National Association of Evangelicals, after being outed as a crystal meth snorting sodomite guilty of paying male prostitutes for sex and drugs, reluctantly admitted, "I am a deceiver and a liar."

Now, isn't it way past time that yet another high profile sodomite, a cocaine abuser shamelessly guilty of hiring male prostitutes to service him, also finally step forward and admit, "I too, am a deceiver and a liar?"

I'm referring, of course, to George W. Bush, current occupant of the nation's #1 political job, the presidency. This may be quite a shock to some readers, but most folks in the Washington, D.C. beltway already know what I'm going to reveal here. Yes, they know that George W. is a bisexual and a procurer of male prostitutes.

Many insiders snicker and laugh ha, ha, ha, at brain-dead Christian evangelicals who actually believe that George W. is a God-fearing heterosexual, born again Christian. As David Kuo, former top White House adviser in the Bush Administration, reveals in his new book, Tempting Fate, the Bush White House team sneers and jokes about the evangelicals so easily deceived by the President. Kuo presents evidence that the Bush people view Christian evangelical leaders and their flocks as ridiculous, silly, nuts, even insane. To the Bush people, Christianity is a farce and Christians are easily duped idiots.

George W. Bush's Tarnished Reputation

George W. Bush, as many Texas politicos could easily tell you, had quite a reputation back in the Lone Star State for both his sexual misconduct and for his snorting of loads of white powder (cocaine) up his nose. The man never held a real job; he shirked his Air National Guard duties, having joined the Guard in the first place only to evade serving in Vietnam. Bill Clinton dodged military service, too, by running off and hiding in England, but Bush hid in plain sight, in an Air National Guard uniform. It's great to have friends in high places to help out in time of need, isn't it?

Bush and Clinton are alike in one other aspect as well. Both used the White House as a Whore House. Bill did sexual things with cigars with a young intern, while George had his muscular, boy-man homosexual lover, Jeff Gannon, stay over many a night in the White House. He and young Jeff Gannon weren't discussing foreign policy and affairs of state all those times in the wee hours of the morning in the presidential bedrooms, I assure you.

Fabulous, Gorgeous, Queer

Since assuming the presidency, George W. has surrounded himself with gay men. The White House is jokingly referred to as the "Pink House" by the Gay Community. First, there's Karl Rove, Bush's campaign chief. Rove's father was gay, and Rove himself is a queer. According to Fox-TV News, Karl Rove smiled knowingly when a Fox-TV reporter asked him about the special nickname his pal, the President, lovingly has for him.

President Bush calls me "Turdblossom," Rove said. Why "Turdblossom?"?Please, let's not go there.

George W. Bush often commends male visitors to the White House for their "fabulous" clothing. He told the Canadian Prime Minister that his young, male press advisor was "gorgeous." Bush appointed Ken Mehlman, a Jewish homosexual, as the Chairman of the Republican National Committee. Think of it?a homo as titular head of the entire Republican Party!

Bush also named his gay roommate at Yale University, Tennessee's Victor Ashe, Ambassador to Poland. As Global AIDS Coordinator, another Ambassador-rank position, Bush chose homosexual activist Mark R. Dybul. Secretary of State Condi Rice administered the oath of office to the new appointee, recognizing Dybul's gay lover and live-in partner, Jason. Condi, a reputed lesbian dominatrix, even permitted the Ambassador's homo partner, Jason, to hold the Bible upon which Dybul laid his hand while taking the oath of office.

President Bush has more homosexuals in his Administration than Bill Clinton, and he's more than accommodated their "special needs." For example, Bush appointed a queer to be the new Ambassador to Romania, then approved the man's sodomite lover to fly off with him in a U.S. aircraft to Bucharest, the capital of that nation, where the gay Ambassador and his lover now contently shack-up together in an embassy-leased mansion, at U.S. taxpayers' expense. The two sodomites even attend official functions together. I wonder what the leaders and citizens of Romania think about that?

Homosexuals Love Bush's Supreme Court Nominees

Bush's biggest coup was his choice to be the new Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. John Roberts, a gay judge, is not only queer himself, but he's the infamous attorney who represented the entire homosexual community of America in the notorious, landmark court case, Romer v Evans (1996), in which all state laws forbidding acts of sodomy were declared unconstitutional.

The depraved Judge Roberts is so fanatical in his support of sodomy and gay rights he even fought the case for his limp-wristed buddies on a pro bono basis?he didn't even charge the queer groups a dime for his services. Now that's real devotion to a cause, however corrupt.

So, thanks to our "born again Christian President," George W. Bush, we have sitting at the helm of the U.S. Supreme Court one of the most highly acclaimed gay rights attorneys in the world. Whoop-te-do!

What's more, so enamored of Bush and slavish to his every need are evangelical leaders like Pastor Ted Haggard, James Dobson, Pat Robertson, and Jerry Falwell that they ended up enthusiastically throwing their full support for John Roberts' confirmation by the Senate. So, gays owe a great debt of gratitude to the Dobson-Falwell crowd, as well as to George W. Bush, for this generous favor.

When just a few, old-line conservatives complained about Judge Roberts' devoted, pro bono work on behalf of the gay rights movement, Jerry Falwell, always a boot kisser to Republican presidents, jumped in to defend Bush's pro-gay choice. Gay rights, said Falwell, "is not a liberal or conservative value. It's an American value that I would think that we pretty much all agree on." Uh, hold on there, Jerry. Not "all" of us agree on that. In fact, I suspect there are at least several thousand readers of Power of Prophecy newsletter who believe sodomy and its cousin, pedophilia, are both a sin and a crime.

Steamy Lesbian Sex and the Infamous Bear Novel

And there's more. George W. Bush was the first President to have formal public meetings in the Oval Office with the Log Cabin Republicans group?a merry band of GOP queers into politics. He chose for his running mate Vice President Dick Cheney, whose wife, Lynn, authored several novels with what have been called "steamy lesbian sex scenes." Fitting since, as it turns out in real life, the Cheneys' daughter is a full-scale lesbian political activist.

Cheney for four years was served by his Chief of Staff, an odd fella named Lewis "Scooter" Libby. Libby, who has been indicted by a federal grand jury for intelligence crimes, is reputed to be an Israeli secret agent. Libby, or "Scooter" as Cheney and neocon friends so lovingly call him, also is a novelist. In one of his fiction books, he has an account of a caged bear being sexually tormented by human sex fiends with sticks. (Incredible? Yes, but also sickeningly true).

Israel's President Rapes Ten Aides

Bush and Cheney are, as we all know, huge backers of Israel and are extremely supportive of Israeli politicians. Is it not significant, then, that Israel's President, Moshe Katsov, is now under investigation in that country for raping and sexually molesting ten young staffers? The crimes of Katsov, the sex-fiend President of Israel, are perhaps exceeded only by those of Bush and his homoerotic cohorts.

Consider the sexual sadism practiced at Abu Ghraib prison. Video films of Iraqi male, nude prisoners showed many being victimized in acts of brutal sodomy. Naked Iraqi males?many whom later were found to be innocent?were stacked in pyramids, their sexual organs revealed.

Evidence shows that top Bush White House and Pentagon officials, including Secretary of State Rumsfeld, privately viewed these obscene, monstrous movies, no doubt for their own, wicked pleasures. Apparently, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and all the other Bush Administration perverts get a real rise out of viewing young men screaming in agony as they are ritualistically tortured and sexually abused by sodomite creeps. Shades of the abominable activities of France's notorious sadist, the Marquis de Sade.

Seymour Hersh, acclaimed New York writer who uncovered the My Lai, Vietnam atrocities decades ago, reports that inside the Pentagon's inner sanctum, kept hidden by Bush people from view by ordinary Americans, are horrific videos that beggar the imagination. They include grim scenes of U.S. CIA and military interrogators raping and sodomizing Iraqi children. Hersh has seen them and says the "soundtrack of the shrieking boys" and hearing their mothers, forced to watch, crying out for mercy, made him sick to his stomach.

Bush is a sick, sick man, indeed. Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, and Beria don't have a thing on this man. Bush and his coterie of homoerotic thugs are craftier and more sinister than anything the brutal Soviet system ever produced. And coincidentally, Lenin and the boys in Russia were all Jews, and they were all homosexuals to boot. Just like Bush and his neocons.

Crushing the Testicles of Little Boys

Once we peer within, we find worse and worse elitist Bush perversion down deep inside the White House rabbit hole. In a debate in Chicago with Notre Dame professor and scholar Doug Cassel, Bush Justice Department attorney John Yoo argued that President George Bush has the full legal authority to sexually torture anyone suspected of being a terrorist. According to Yoo, if Bush desires, he can even order the sexual torture of infants. He can, for example, order interrogators to crush the testicles of a person's child, to get the parent to "confess." It was Yoo who authored Bush's misnamed Patriot Act legislation, authorizing the torture, the suspension of constitutional rights for suspects, and the imprisoning of "potential" criminals at U.S.-run gulag camps.

Extending outside the White House, we find even more evidence of the sicko regime: GOP Congressmen Mark Foley, Danny Hastert, Jim Kolbe, and a slew of others, including Governors, Senators, and Judges. Homoerotic thugs all, and not a few pedophile predators among them. The evil goes back all the way to the Lyndon B. Johnson and the Reagan Administrations. Many of President Ronald "Hollywood" Reagan's White House pals were also sodomites.

Jewish Talmud Approves Pedophilia

That most of the Bush queer battalion are Jews is not a surprise. The Jewish Talmud, the rabbis' most holy book, officially endorses pedophile acts by homosexual fiends. The Talmud says that sex with a girl under three years of age, or a minor boy under nine, is permissible. It's not even a "sexual connection," say the rabbis.

Evidently, evangelicals like TBN's Paul Crouch (who gave $425,000 to hush-up his homosexual lover from writing a tell-all exposé of he and Paul's sodomite affair) and the NAE's gay deceiver, Ted Haggard, for years either winked at the White House Bordello, or just avoided the issue.

So, apparently, did Dobson, Falwell, Hagee, Graham, Warren, Hybels, Schuller and all the other evangelical fakesters. For this crowd, it's the old monkey's routine of "see, hear, say nothing."

Laura Bush's Revealing Choice

First Lady Laura Bush has surely known about her hubby, George's, sexual infatuation with male prostitute Jeff Gannon. And she must at least suspect the grotesque goings-on of the strange men who carry on their sick and sordid behavior inside the secure work areas of the White House Bordello. A hint of her sure knowledge came a couple of years ago when officials of the Texas Library Association asked Mrs. Bush to identify a single play or book that the First Lady personally enjoyed and was representative of what Laura considered "the best that Texas authors and playwrights had to offer." Madam Bush's revealing choice: "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas."

Could it be that the best little whorehouse in Texas is actually a bordello, an exclusive yet seedy establishment located not in Texas but in Washington, D.C., a giant, white Greco-Roman mansion sitting behind a handsome wrought iron-fence at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue?

Questions still surround Air Force Major Jill Metzger's disappearance

By MATTHEW E. MILLIKEN, Henderson Daily Dispatch Writer
11/19/06

The three-day disappearance of a Vance County native and U.S. Air Force major stationed in Kyrgyzstan ended happily when Jill Metzger turned up safe on Sept. 8.

But it's not yet clear whether Metzger and her loved ones will live happily ever after following an experience a relative described as a traumatic, torture-filled kidnapping.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Air Force Office of Special Investigations are jointly looking into Metzger's disappearance, which took place while she was on leave from Manas Air Force Base. The 33-year-old major told authorities that she was abducted from a popular department store in Bishkek shortly before she was scheduled to return home after a tour of duty at Manas.

Kyrgyzstan's interior minister voiced doubt that the 1991 Northern Vance High School graduate had been kidnapped even before she turned up in a small town called Kant. American authorities have not officially contradicted Metzger's account.

Metzger's husband and father-in-law, both of whom reportedly work for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, initially informed the Associated Press that the missing woman had been found by the side of the road with her head shaved.

But Kyrgyz police said that a disoriented Metzger had dyed hair and dye-stained hands when she knocked on the door of a Kant home. An AP photo of Metzger's reunion with her family showed the officer with black hair.

Metzger told police that her abductors planted an object on her and slipped her a note claiming that it was a bomb that would be detonated if she did not follow their commands.

In what appears to be the only interview the family granted since Metzger returned to the United States, her father, retired Air Force Lt. Col. John Metzger, told the Air Force Times that his daughter had been traumatized by the abduction and mistreatment at the hands of her captors.

"She was tortured to some degree," John Metzger said to the Times' Erik Holmes. "They beat her up real bad, had a rope put around her neck, her face black and blue."

Jill Metzger, an accomplished marathon runner, escaped and ran for seven hours - perhaps 35 miles - before coming to a Kant farmhouse, John Metzger said in the October interview. The Kant family called the police.

Metzger's weight dropped to 90 pounds, from nearly 110 pounds, during her ordeal, her father told the Air Force Times.

John Metzger also told the Times that his daughter had been summoned before a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C.

Grand jury proceedings are secret.

Neither the Air Force Office of Special Investigations nor the FBI nor federal prosecutors would comment on the case when contacted by the Dispatch this week. However, an Air Force spokeswoman said that the OSI and FBI frequently work together.

Maj. Metzger returned to duty at her regular station, Moody Air Force Base in southern Georgia, in late October. She works as a personnel officer there.

"Our focus here at Moody has been seeing that we reintegrate Maj. Metzger into her daily duties," said base spokesman Capt. Dustin Hart.

Metzger is not interested in speaking to the media, he stated.

Metzger's mother, Jeannette Metzger, said that she and her family did not want to be interviewed out of deference to Jill's wishes and because of the ongoing investigation.

Doubts about what caused and what happened during the three-day disappearance have surfaced in some quarters.

Kyrgyz authorities publicly complained that they were given little opportunity to question Metzger before she left the country, and unidentified American military and federal law enforcement officials have told Fox News that they felt Metzger's account did not add up.

The incident has provided the pretext for a seemingly endless stream of commentary, speculation and character assassination on certain Internet bulletin boards; the posts at one site, wizbangblog.com, approach 500 pages when printed out.

A few have speculated that Metzger was targeted by bride kidnappers or that she was participating in, or providing a distraction from, a covert operation. Still others insist that the incident was entirely the major's fault.

Internet posters have interpreted and reinterpreted all sorts of details about the case, including the dye stains that were on Metzger's hands and the blood that was on her feet when the major reappeared in Kant. Aspects of Metzger's marriage to a younger officer, Air Force Capt. Joshua Mayo, have also been questioned by skeptics.

A number of individuals who have posted - especially in the days when the major was still missing - identified themselves as friends or acquaintances and said Metzger was a woman of excellent character. Other supposed acquaintances, though, have attacked her for alleged flaws or misconduct predating her disappearance.

Some of the officer's critics derisively refer to Metzger online defenders as "Jill's shills" and ask if Metzger or her relatives are pretending to post Internet messages as someone else.

http://www.hendersondispatch.com/articles/2006/11/19/news/news01.txt

FreeRepublic.com at Center of US Anthrax Scandal

by Todd Brendan Fahey
November 15, 2006

Seven days prior to events which would set the world on-edge, newly-hired Pentagon spokeswoman Victoria "Torie" Clarke offered an equally startling admission to Agency France Presse wire service, but which received scant attention within U.S. media.

On September 5, Ms. Clarke--lured back into government service by pal Mary Matalin on Vice President Dick Cheney's staff, from a high-paying post as Manhattan office director for the venerable public relations firm of Hill & Knowlton--the former PR chief to Senator John McCain and one-time George Bush (the elder) staffer would divulge to foreign media that the United States, via the Pentagon and the shadowy Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, would begin producing a new and potent strain of anthrax bacteria, and that such plans had been in the works since 1997. The source of the anthrax was to be from Russian stock, and, according to Ms. Clarke, would be used "purely for defensive measures."

At the popular political site FreeRepublic.com, Victoria Clarke posts as "Torie"--a self-proclaimed "statist neocon." The Pentagon's disinformation campaign was already in motion on September 5, 2001, and Victoria Clarke, then employed as Deputy Director for Public Affairs, was its "go-to girl" on "the anthrax question."

The Pentagon, despite its protestations of ignorance, lied to the American public about its stockpile and continued production, however limited, of anthrax bacilli, with "Torie" Clarke as its mouthpiece, and with FreeRepublic.com as its wide-ranging propaganda organ.

The new strain of anthrax, engineered by Russian sources, Clarke purported, would be used to test the effectiveness of a newly-developed vaccine in the United States. "We have a vaccine that works against a known anthrax strain. What we want to do is make sure we are prepared for any surprises, for anything that might happen that might be a threat," she said.

Clarke presented this information on September 4, 2001, via a Department of Defense news briefing; when asked directly as to whether the United States, through any agency, was developing or producing anthrax bacilli, her response, repeatedly, was, "no."

The DoD issued this update recently to Ms. Clarke's news briefing: "the Department of Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction Program is funding a collaborative research project on anthrax monitoring with the State Research Center for Applied Microbiology in Obolensk, Russia. In August 2001 the State Research Center applied to the Russian Export Control Commission for a license to transfer the anthrax strain to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control. The application is currently pending a decision of the Russian Export Control Commission, and the U.S. government will seek Russian approval of the export license."

***

One week after this news conference, three ostensibly "hijacked" airliners slammed into the World Trade Center and Pentagon buildings, killing an estimated 3,100 civilian and military personal. Shortly thereafter, white powder began to appear on the desks of prominent politicians and at news broadcast stations--most notably at NBC and American Media, headquarters of The National Enquirer tabloid--and bearing strikingly identical handwriting, each dated 09-11-01 and proclaiming the message, "Allah Is Great."

Incredibly, despite airport videotapes purporting to show Middle Eastern men boarding the various jets, and what with the messages contained on and within the anthrax envelopes and the fact that hijackers Mohammed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi had taken flight training lessons at a private airfield very near to American Media's headquarters, Boca Raton, Florida, and that al-Shehhi had rented a room in a condominium owned by the wife of American Media (National Enquirer) publisher, news reports filtered out for weeks, attempting to convince the public that FBI profilers had determined the anthrax exposures in New York, Connecticut and Florida to be the work of a "right-wing loner"; anonymous FBI sources, through the New York Post, offered that a "popular West Coast right-wing organization" was under specific scrutiny.

The so-called "popular West Coast right-wing organization" is, of course, FreeRepublic.com.

Domestic critics of the government would counter that the style in which the dates were penned on the envelopes containing the anthrax spores could not be that of a person of Middle Eastern descent, which would use a script akin to: "01. 09. 11."; government sources bandied back that, the sources probably thought ahead and disguised the script. Nobody knew what to believe, and the investigations into the anthrax exposures were not (and are still not) being made known to the American citizenry.

The American public didn't bite on the "right-wing loner" theory, with no proof offered, no suspect produced, and in light of a New York Times article, citing weapons expert William C. Patrick III, a U.S. microbiologist active in germ weapons design during the late 1960s. The Times quoted Dr. Patrick as saying, of the batch sent to Senator Tom Daschle (D-SD), "he had learned details of the federal inquiry from a senior investigator. The Senate powder, Mr. Patrick said, was quite potent and capable of sailing far through the air to hurt many people.remarkably free of extraneous material. 'It's high-grade,' said Mr. Patrick, who consults widely on making germ defenses. 'It's free flowing. It's electrostatic free. And it's in high concentration.'" ("Contradicting Some U.S. Officials, 3 Scientists Call Anthrax Powder High-Grade," William J. Broad, 10/25/01)

Pressured by the Times report, newly-installed Director of the Department of Homeland Security, former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, announced that the type of anthrax found at all locations corresponded to a perfect genetic match to one (1) specific stock of anthrax bacilli, known as "the Ames strain," developed at the US Department of Agriculture's veterinary lab, Ames, Iowa, in the 1930s, and stored currently only at an Army biochemical research facility in Ft. Detrick, Maryland, which it is said produced via budget cuts and layoffs scores of disgruntled employees and whose inventory procedures and security was, in recent years, notoriously lax.

Within days of the failed government trial-balloon, samples of the anthrax sent to office within National Broadcasting Company and to Sen. Daschle proved what most "right-wingers" feared most: The Anthrax Was Ours.

But We Weren't Supposed to be Producing Anthrax

On December 12, 2001, media scrutiny of international treaties and U.S. law forced the U.S. Army to make an embarrassed admission: contrary to government propaganda, which had it that the U.S. had ceased producing or storing anthrax, according to terms of treaty signed by President Richard Nixon, 1969, substantial stocks of anthrax bacilli were, in fact, being stored at Dugway Proving Ground, Tooele county, Utah, with "limited quanties" still being produced, toward "defensive research" against possible airborne attacks by hostile sources. Army sources at the Dugway facility reported to FBI that all stocks of anthrax were secure and accounted for, following a thorough inventory. The same could not be said for elsewhere.

International media--tipped off by British sources at a biochemical warfare research facility in Porton Down, Salisbury, England--were informed that an investigation was underway at Porton Down, of stocks of a unique form of anthrax sent to that facility via the U.S. Army, Ft. Detrick. From the Porton Down admission, not only was it acknowledged that the U.S. government was exporting anthrax abroad, but via the "FBI's interest in a CIA contractor" who worked at the Porton Down facility, the Federal Bureau of Investigation began, as is its charter and scope, to investigate the Central Intelligence Agency, on grounds of domestic terrorism. Porton Down was later cleared of involvement in the U.S. anthrax outbreaks, after all stocks were accounted for, but not before British involvement laid the U.S. clean with a very black eye.

And still, according to the London Telegraph, and despite Tom Ridge's admission that the Florida and New York samples were identical and were that of "the Ames strain," held only at US Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases, Ft. Detrick, Maryland, FBI persisted in reporting that it "believes the attacks, which have killed five people, to be the work of a domestic terrorist, although they have not ruled out links with Osama bin Laden and his al-Qa'eda network."

The highly-milled, "weaponized" anthrax which killed five known persons, sickened dozens of others, and to which perhaps even hundreds were exposed, was not Iraqi, nor Soviet in origin. Martin Hugh-Jones, a biological researcher from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, was quoted by the UK's New Scientist that, "while many laboratory animals are immunised with the vaccine now being given to thousands of American troops are exposed to anthrax, many are still killed by the Ames strain."

Both Soviet and Iraqi researchers favored the "Vollum strain," isolated in Oxford, England, in 1930; Gulf War-era weapons inspectors in Iraq found samples of the Vollum strain at Iraq's Al Hakam plant.

And still, according to New Scientist, "the White House reiterated last week that all anthrax mass-produced in the US was destroyed after 1969." ("Trail of Terror," Debora MacKenzie, 10/24/01)

But the White House and the Pentagon were lying. And whether by error, leak or design, the United States Government had killed five of its own citizens domestically. Torie Clarke's statement to Agency France Presse had not been valid and true: we were not "looking to procure" a stock of Russian anthrax; we were already making it--with spores bred from a stricken cow in Ames, Iowa, in secret, illegally by international treaty, and with faulty safeguards toward our citizens' safety.

A Journalist Pays the Price (or, "You Can't Handle the Truth!")

In writing the aforementioned, I have been fired by EtherZone.com (as its Strategic Director--when the full weight of FreeRepublic.com came down upon the home telephone and e-mail accounts of its owner/publisher Robert Momenteller); taken off the masthead of American-Partisan.com and dropped as a contributor to several other online political 'zines friendly with FreeRepublic.com, including GOPUSA.com; banned from LibertyForum.org -- a very difficult thing to do [only three persons have ever been banned permanantly from LF.org], as its owner and Administrators forged a "gentleman's agreement" with FreeRepublic.com owner Jim Robinson, to not snipe at each other's sites. Even Insight Magazine--a sister-publication of the often claws-out Washington Times begged off, after several rounds of initial interested e-mail and telephone calls. Its then-Managing Editor Paul Rodriguez (the man who busted the "White House Homosexual Call-Boy Ring" article in 1987), who had been following Victoria "Torie" Clarke around for weeks found the anthrax angle to be too much of a risk. He'd felt his neck on the block before.

A prime piece of journalistic real estate, with no takers.

...Until this week, when RawStory.com leaked a piece wherein the FBI has under arrest one Chad Castagana, 39, of Woodland Hills, California--himself a poster at none other than FreeRepublic.com--for mailing bogus anthrax to news personality Keith Olbermann and to at least one politician--Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer (NY).

Posting at FreeRepublic as "Marc Costanza," Mr. Castagana's letters and online writings have been likened to those of Ted Kaczynski--"the Unabomber":

"Let us create a future of infinite possibilities devoid of the agenda of the social engineers who work their corruption on us thru the one way world of television. A world where anything is possible, but not everything is possible. Anything can happen, but not all things can happen at once. That is what 'Time' is for, to keep all things from happening at the same moment. That shall be the only rule of our new fantasy world. That an event happens only once. What has been done, cannot be undone. There is no turning back the sands of time. You can review the past but you cannot change the past. That a vision of a possible future - to the present, must be taken in the context of the present. A Cosmos not governed by compassion or tolerance or equality, but common sense and merit. A Universe of strange and totally new lifeforms and not distorted reflections of human characters, just to make some social allegory ---- THAT is the insipid barren road of Political Correctness that Sci-fi entertainment has been a slave to for so many years. The future is not the current events of our world thrown into Outer Space. The future is not with the Liberals, not with the Multiculturalists (both hate America), and it is certainly not to be found in some cheapo TV production made in Canada! The future is not written, the future is unformed." [posted to FreeRepublic.com, 2006]

***

What to conclude--of a former deputy director of public affairs, the Pentagon, and a solitary and, according to neighbors, unfriendly man being both highly active posters of FreeRepublic.com and both neck-deep in the anthrax equation? And of this writer being hounded out of a half-dozen publications and Web discussion fora for pointing it out?

Two so-called "conservatives" (or, neo-conservatives) are busted ("Torie" for lying about what the Pentagon knew and was doing; Chad Castagano, for mailing what turns out to be bogus anthrax to media members and politicians); as far back as year-2001, the New York Post implicated, as being involved in the transmission of anthrax through the mails, a "popular West Coast right-wing organization"...as it turns out, FreeRepublic.com, a cheerleading bleachers populated and financed by high-level members of the Republican National Committee and GOP.

To cop a phrase: "I can't seem to get my mind around it."

What is known is, we are five years after the fact, and nobody--other than our own--is proven to have cultivated, tested, stored, traded or mailed anthrax bacilli. While we hunt for "terrorists" around the globe and create impenetrable layers of new bureaucracy and fill the walls with prying eyes, let us first consider that which the evidence suggests--as it does with the gamut of events and scenarios surrounding the World Trade Center and Pentagon of September 11, 2001: that something is rotten from within.

...

Todd Brendan Fahey has served as aide to Central Intelligence Agency officer Theodore L. If Uncle Sam gets its way, beginning on Jan. 14,
2007, we'll all be on no-fly lists, unless the government gives us
permission to leave-or re-enter-the United States.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (HSA) has proposed that all
airlines, cruise lines-even fishing boats-be required to obtain
clearance for each passenger they propose taking into or out of the
United States.

It doesn't matter if you have a U.S. Passport - a "travel document"
that now, absent a court order to the contrary, gives you a virtually
unqualified right to enter or leave the United States, any time you
want. When the DHS system comes into effect next January, if the
agency says "no" to a clearance request, or doesn't answer the
request at all, you won't be permitted to enter-or leave-the United
States.

Consider what might happen if you're a U.S. passport holder on
assignment in a country like Saudi Arabia. Your visa is about to
expire, so you board your flight back to the United States. But wait!
You can't get on, because you don't have permission from the HSA.
Saudi immigration officials are on hand to escort you to a squalid
detention center, where you and others who are now effectively
"stateless persons" are detained, potentially indefinitely, until
their immigration status is sorted out.

Why might the HSA deny you permission to leave-or enter-the United
States? No one knows, because the entire clearance procedure would be
an administrative determination made secretly, with no right of
appeal. Naturally, the decision would be made without a warrant,
without probable cause and without even any particular degree of
suspicion. Basically, if the HSA decides it doesn't like you, you're
a prisoner - either outside, or inside, the United States, whether or
not you hold a U.S. passport.

The U.S. Supreme Court has long recognized there is a constitutional
right to travel internationally. Indeed, it has declared that the
right to travel is "a virtually unconditional personal right." The
United States has also signed treaties guaranteeing "freedom of
travel." So if these regulations do go into effect, you can expect a
lengthy court battle, both nationally and internationally.

Think this can't happen? Think again. It's ALREADY happening. Earlier
this year, HSA forbade airlines from transporting an 18-year-old a
native-born U.S. citizen, back to the United States. The prohibition
lasted nearly six months until it was finally lifted a few weeks ago.
Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union are two countries in recent history
that didn't allow their citizens to travel abroad without permission.
If these regulations go into effect, you can add the United States to
this list.

For more information on this proposed regulation, see http://
hasbrouck.org/IDP/IDP-APIS-comments.pdf

Expose of the "Federal" Reserve System: Ezra Pound, American Hero

The following link is a video of a conversation with Eustace Mullins currently on line via Google. There was a caller just before the first hour was over who asked the eminent scholar about the Rothschild backing of both north and south in the civil war, and DiLorenzo dismissed the question as "conspiracy theory." I thought the questioner was going to be held over as he mentioned that he had a book out on the subject of Rothschild backing, but alas he wasn't. I want a copy of that book.

When Mark asked DiLorenzo about the influence of the "Israeli lobby" he dodged the question completely as any good PC academic would do if he wants to hold his job. So much for DiLorenzo's objectivity.

I cannot fathom the shallowness of an intellect that would attack Lincoln for his support of the railroads. Sure there were wealthy crooks involved, where big money is involved there are always crooks, but the railroads built America. Eighteen-wheelers were hard to come by back then, as well as any roads to run them on. After the Oregon and Santa Fe Trail days ended the railroads did quickly what another hundred years of covered wagons would never have done.

I wish DiLorenzo might do as good a hatchet job on the Constitution as he did on Lincoln, but he seems not very knowledgeable on the 1787 Con-Con and its product. There is a lingering interest on Mark's program on RBN this week concerning the Federalists and "Anti"-Federalists. I would suggest that the "anti" prefix was the work of the Federalists who had usurped the term "Republic" in their Constitution, using republican structure in but two areas, otherwise creating a democratic form of government. The "anti-Federalists" were in fact Republicans, the most republican of whom was Jefferson, though the full import of the republican appointive process is hard to nail down among them. The main effort of the "antis" was from the fact that they fully understood that state sovereignty was dead under the Constitution. To understand this one must read NEITHER the Federalist papers NOR the Anti-Federalist but rather the words OF the Federalists as recorded BY the Anti-Federalists in their written notes on the secret 1787 convention. Hamilton said clearly that they must not tell the states that they were losing their sovereignty but that the states should just assume they still had it while the federal government took it away piecemeal. After the civil war there should have been little misunderstanding of this yet many today still argue for imagined states' rights.

In two areas the authors of the Constitution did include republican form, in the appointment of the Imperial President by the Electoral College, which was then wrongly elected by the democratic process, and with the US Senate (our House of Lords) appointed by the state legislatures, which again were wrongly elected by the democratic process. The republican way of setting up government would have started at the Tun (ten family) level, unanimously appointing one person to sit in the first council, from which one person would be appointed to sit at the next council, and on to the national government, or even world government eventually, councils along the way serving as city, county and state governments. Anyone who cannot distinguish between "appointed" and "elected" can never comprehend the simplicity of republican government. Only by republican form may sovereignty be retained in part at lower levels. In a democracy all sovereignty is delegated via the ballot box. In a republic the people tell government what to do; in a democracy the government tells the people.

US Constitution and the Founding Scoundrels

by "GnoseBob"
October 28, 2006

Unfortunately the original Confederate constitution was patterned after the 1787 US Constitution which itself was a repudiation of the whole revolutionary war effort against British dominance. Constitutions are quite unnecessary unless a people surrender all their sovereignty to a government in which case restraints are seemingly necessary to keep that government from ending the people's liberties. The primary mistake with any government is to rely on the democratic process, for by one's vote one surrenders one's sovereignty to those for whom one votes. Any government, and there have been many around the world which have patterned their organizations on the US Constitution, is doomed to failure as far as freedom is concerned. This is from the people's point of view. "All organizations are organized for the benefit of the organizers." From the government point of view government is always a success until it self-destructs from its own internal rot and corruption. Under a government's dominance, there can be no such thing as a "sovereign freeman."

There have been thousands of books written extolling the virtues and imaginary benefits of the US Constitution over the past couple hundred years. There are endless articles written today about how all society's problems can be ended by merely abiding by the Constitution's original intentions. BUT, unless one understands the original intentions of the Founding Scoundrels who met in secret conclave in 1787 to conspire against the freedoms of the American people, one KNOWS NOTHING about the Constitution and is unqualified to write one line about the damnable document.

I realize that the Constitution is considered as sacred as the Bible by those who know little of the origins of either and I realize that nothing is ever going to be done to correct all the widely agreed-upon stupidities of our age which will in short order bring civilization once again to its knees. But once in a while I turn off the idiot box and dig out a book of substance and feel like climbing back up on the soap box. I just hate to see America go down by default.

I just re-read John Lansing's notes on the 1787 convention and it has revived my animosity towards all the political silliness that we hear about us.

I'm sure you have heard of the practice of withholding critically damning evidence of a situation until a period of time has elapsed - often fifty years - to protect the living reputations of those involved in a particular undertaking. Did you know that they did this in 1787????? There were 65 men delegated by their states to attend the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. Did you know that ten of these refused to attend, including one whole state, Rhode Island? Did you know that of those who did attend another sixteen were too ashamed of the document to put their names to it? That means that of those who were delegated to attend not even a two-thirds majority could be mustered to ratify the thing, let alone the unanimous agreement required by the Articles of Confederation, the amendment of which was the sole purpose for calling the 1787 convention. Of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, 16 signed the Articles of Confederation; 8 attended the 1787 Con-Con, but only 4 of those signed the Constitution. If it was so great, why didn't those who were a party to its creation jump at the chance to add their names as signers?

Of those who actually attended the 1787 Constitutional Convention I'd imagine all kept copious notes of the goings-on. Madison's notes are easily obtainable but reflect his objective of creating an all-powerful central government. He condemned democracy but gave us just that. I do appreciated Madison's vetoing of Hamilton's first US Bank act extension however. In fact it was Madison who wrote Washington's objection to the act in 1791, which act handed over 80% of the new central bank to Crown interests. Some independence, huh?

Robert Yates' notes are obtainable from Omni Publications. He was a NY delegate who refused to sign, Chief Justice of his state. Yates' notes were copied for publication by John Lansing, Chancellor of NY, who also refused to sign. The Yates volume also contains Attorney-General Luther Martin's exposition on the Constitution as presented to his state, Maryland. Good stuff in Yates. I would like very much to dig up more of these records as surely more were published. Only then can one be qualified to say anything about the true nature of the document in question.

John Lansing's notes, entitled THE DELEGATE FROM NEW YORK might be obtainable from used sources as I know of no current publication. As a proponent of state sovereignty he wrote that Hamilton had urged that "state governments ought to be subverted so far as to leave them only corporate rights." Lansing wrote more of Hamilton: "It will not do to propose formal extinction of State Governments - It would shock public Opinion too much. --Some subordinate Jurisdictions --something like limited Corporations. If general Government properly modified it may extinguish State Governments gradually." Delegate Wilson said "National Government implies the Idea of an Absorption of State Sovereignty." So much for the nonsense that it was Lincoln who ended state sovereignty. It was the Founding Scoundrels themselves.

It is interesting that when speaking of the staggered elections of Senators they referred to "retiring" a third of them every election. Apparently the limiting ideas of the Articles were still in mind. On the other hand Franklin moved "that the Executive should receive no Salary Stipend or Emolument for the Devotion of his Time to the public Service but that its Expences (sic)should be paid." This was the same scam that Washington pulled as commander in chief which shocked the Congress so that it took upwards of a year to come up with the cash. His wine bill alone might have gone a long way towards supplying Arnold's fighting troops with shoes.

Lansing brings out the fact that most state delegations were only empowered to propose amendments to the existing Articles. There was also supposed to be a calling for state conventions to approve of the new rules, called by the people, but as you study the words of the Founding Scoundrels you see the people have no affective place in the new system. Lansing also remarked on the difference in office holding, whereas in the old Congress, members held office for only one year, and could be recalled at any time; in the new, they would have longer and more secure tenure and would feel safer to take bribes.

There was decided class consciousness in all this. The second Branch of the new Congress "ought to represent the Wealth of the Nation - if so they ought to serve without Compensation," said Charles C. Pinckney. Johnson said "must unite Ideas of States with Districts of Country containing a certain Number of Inhabitants." So here the modern idea of districting the US isn't so modern after all. Read said he favored proportional representation only if the new government were "truly national," but that he feared the mixture of state and federal powers. He favored Hamilton's plan.

Madison said "it is a contest for power, not for liberty." G. Morris said "2nd Branch must be Men of great Property." A House of Lords would have been met with considerable opposition back then. "Aristocracy should keep down Democracy" he added. Rutledge said "Honesty will probably predominate in lower House Ability in upper." He missed the mark twice with that statement. More from Gouverneur Morris: "If our establishments are good they must be supported and will take a proper Direction - If the State Governments have Distribution of Loaves and Fishes the general Government cannot prevail -- You must give them Disposition of Offices and Baubles -- The Senatorship will operate as a Lure." I wonder how many gullible state legislators who thereby were lured into ratifying the new Constitution weren't salivating over the thought of becoming parties to the new Roman Senate.

So here are a few notations that give one an idea of some of the thinking of these characters. I urge anyone who has an interest in the Constitution to collect some of these published minutes and discover the real purposes behind it all. The idea of another Constitution holds no promise of any rebirth of freedom. It only offers a new set of chains to bind down the people. Only by going back to the Saxon (and earlier) basic ten family political unit (the Tun) and working up from there by appointing - NOT ELECTING - representations to sit in council can a limited government ever be constructed. It has to come up from the people, not from a real or imagined aristocracy. This is what a republican FORM of government is all about. The democratic form is suicidal.

S.Korea Won't Stop and Search N.Korean Ships

The Chosun Ilbo
October 28, 2006

South Korea will not intercept North Korean ships around the peninsula under UN Security Council sanctions against the renegade country, Vice Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan indicated Friday.

At a National Assembly audit of the Foreign Ministry, the vice minister, acting for Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon, said, "We are not fully taking part in the Proliferation Security Initiative around the Korean Peninsula because there is a high possibility of armed clashes if the PSI is carried out."
